The philosophy is simple: People who have fun, get more done! Humour in the Workplace, as developed by Kate, explores how to create a working environment to encourage enjoyment in employment. The focus can be on stress management, teambuilding, communication, change management, worklife balance, creativity or customer care.

This Speech:
Suitable for conference or after dinner:
With wit and wisdom, Kate weaves stories with facts and figures. Practical examples and an interactive implementation, make the speech more than just talk. Delegates are inspired and empowered to Improve Their Laugh Lives!

The Seminar:
Using lecture-style teaching, facilitated discussion and break out groups,
Kate provides an easy to implement program. The lessons learnt are sustainable in both a personal and professional context. Kate has developed a unique 12 step program, so unique it only has 10 steps. 2 more steps are developed on the day, for the individual and/or organization. Delegates learn how to develop a GSOH which will have positive impact on stress prevention, team working, morale, communication, and worklife balance.

The Support:
Kate can develop a comprehensive plan of action to bring more Humour into a workplace. She is then available on email, telephone or return “top up visits.” Kate also works with individuals, particularily leaders, who are looking to use Humour to manage people.

Clients include HSBC Bank Plc, NHS, IBM, National Housing Federation, Education Leeds, Kings Fund, IoD, ACE and Astra Zeneca.

Learn the worth of mirth and laugh all the way to the bank!

Kate clearly outlines the business case and value added by allowing fun at work.
